Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Spain: 2–5 business days
- Rest of European Union: 4–10 business days
- International (outside the EU): 7–20 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delivery times can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's progress.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Off Protocol is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at offprotocolmerch@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, though we'll do our best to assist if you notify us promptly.
